Do I need an appointment?

Making an appointment is necessary. Please make an appointment for all needed services. Keep in mind that appointments are in high demand on weekends and holidays.

How do I schedule a spa appointment?

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

We ask that you arrive 10 - 15 minutes early, allowing time for check in, to fill out any necessary paperwork for our first time clients, and to ensure you receive your full service. When you're all checked in, you can kick back in our lovely lounge or feel free to browse our fantastic products!

What clothes should I wear to my appointment?

Comfortable ones! Tri Coa Day Spa provides wraps, robes, and slippers for all treatments. We highly recommend that you do not wear jewelry, but each treatment room contains a “personal items basket”, which is large enough to hold shoes, clothing, and a separate container for jewelry items. If you should need to leave the room for any reason, your personal items can be easily taken with you.

What if I am late for my appointment?

If you are running late for your appointment, please call us and we will try to make adjustments, allowing you can enjoy all of the time that was scheduled. Please keep in mind that every treatment is different, so adjustments can not always be made.

What if I forget my appointment or need to cancel?

At the time of scheduling you will be asked for a credit card number to reserve your appointment. We understand that emergencies come up, but we ask that you give us a 24 hour notice of any changes or cancelations. If less than a 24 hour notice is given, we charge half of the rate for the service scheduled. For “no shows”, we charge the entire rate for the service scheduled.

What are your payment policies?

All appointments must be reserved with a credit card number and payment will be made at the time of service. We except cash, check, and credit/debit card payments (Visa, American Express, Discover, MasterCard) for all services and gratuity. Gratuity is not included in treatment prices. In appreciation to the staff for outstanding services, gratuity may be given at your discretion or added to a credit card payment. Please note that we do not offer cash back, as we do not keep a cash register. *For any special offers, only one offer may be used for any service.

What is the minimum age requirement?

If the client is under 18 years of age, a parent and/or guardian has to be present throughout the entire service. Clients must be 13 years of age to receive all treatments. However, the spa has a small collection of services for children 2 - 12 years of age.

What if I am pregnant or have medical concerns?

Many services are available for our “mothers-to-be” and our professional staff will advise you on which treatments are appropriate for you. Please inform our staff, when you make your appointment, if you are pregnant and/or nursing. We also offer free consultations, in which we ensure to go over any and all medical concerns. We want your treatment to not only be effective, but also safe!

What about my comfort?

Appointments/Services/Treatments at Tri Coa Day Spa are your “me time” and you should enjoy every minute to the fullest. Whether the room or table temperature, the amount of pressure or the volume of music, PLEASE notify your therapist/esthetician of any discomfort and/or preferences.
